The Blue Elite Visa Card is a reloadable, prepaid debit card issued by MetaBank®. It provides an electronic option for receiving your pay and/or other benefits, as well as transfering money to and from other cardholders in your Elite network. It is not a credit card, but it works similarly to other debit cards.

Once funds are added to the card account, it can be used to make purchases (at stores, online, by phone or mail) and withdraw cash at ATMs, banks or credit unions. You can also send and receive money from people in your Elite network and get cash back with purchases at participating merchants. The money used for purchases, bill payments or cash withdrawals is automatically deducted from your available card balance.
