Internet Explorer Setting Changes
Internet Explorer 9 and 10 users need to change a browser setting using the steps below.
Step 1: Select TOOLS and INTERNET OPTIONS
Step 2: Select the ADVANCED tab and scroll down.
Step 3: Check TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2. Then click APPLY.
Step 4: Click OK.
