Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents at any time.

How long does it take to receive my Blue Elite Visa Prepaid Card? You will receive your card in approximately 10 business days. If you do not receive your card, call Customer Service at 1-877-336-6263.
Can I use my Blue Elite Visa Prepaid Card right away? When you receive your card, you can use the card once you activate it and add money.
How do I add money to my card? There are many ways to add funds to your card, including receiving funds from another cardholder in your network or by setting up direct deposit from an employer, benefits provider or other source. How do I activate my Blue Elite Visa Prepaid Card? Activation is simple! Once you receive your Blue Elite Visa Prepaid Card, log on at www.myblueelite.com and follow the activation instructions. If you prefer, you can call the Customer Service number listed on the back of the card.
How do I start using my Blue Elite Visa Prepaid Card? Once you have activated your card, all you have to do is load money to start using your card. Adding money by:
- Receiving funds from a Cardholder in your Elite Network
- Setting up Direct Deposit
- Adding cash with Western Union
- Getting your Tax Refund deposited

How do I use my card? You can pay bills or make purchases everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Swipe your card and choose “Debit” or “Credit.” There is no fee either way.
You won't pay a fee to:
- Make purchases with your card
- Get cash back at the register
- Get cash at Allpoint®, MoneyPass® and Comerica Bank surcharge-free ATMs
You may be charged for certain transactions, like cash withdrawals and balance inquiries at out-of-network ATMs. For a complete list of fees, read the Cardholder Agreement.
Remember to use Allpoint, MoneyPass and Comerica Bank ATMs. Go to: www.allpointnetwork.com, www.moneypass.com or www.comerica.com to find one near you. If you use your card at other ATMs, you will be charged a fee in addition to any fee the ATM owner may charge. You can also save a trip to the ATM by getting cash back at the register.
When you pay somewhere tipping is customary, like a sit-down restaurant or a hair salon, up to 20% more than the purchase price may be held until the total with tip, if any, processes.
Hotels and rental car agencies place large holds on your funds based on their estimates of your final bill.
