You are receiving this Reward Card as a reward for purchasing qualifying AT&T products and services.

Your Reward Card must be activated before use. To activate your Reward Card, go to the web site or call the phone number on the reverse side and follow the instructions. You will be required to enter your 16 digit Reward Card number and the last 4 digits of your phone number submitted on your redemption form.

During activation, you will be prompted to create a unique 4 digit PIN that can be used for making purchases where entering a PIN is allowed.

Yes.  Please see the "Valid Thru" date on the front of the Reward Card.
The Reward Card and funds expire on the last day of the month shown.  Once expired, all transactions will be declined.

There are two ways to use your Reward Card, either select debit and enter your PIN or select credit and sign. You can use your card when making purchases from any merchant that accepts MasterCard debit cards worldwide. The total dollar amount of your purchase will automatically be deducted from the balance on the Reward Card.

No.  Your card will not work at an ATM.

You may check your balance online or by calling the automated customer service number on the reverse side. You will need your card number and the last four digits of your phone number submitted on the redemption form. Merchants will not be able to provide you with your balance, nor do store receipts print your available balance.  Be sure you have available funds prior to purchase.
